Denis Pimentel began his culinary journey at Mission On The Bay in 2016 as a sauté cook. From the start, his strong work ethic, dedication, and eagerness to learn stood out in the kitchen. With a passion for the craft and a drive to grow, Denis quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Sous Chef and taking on a key role in supporting the Executive Chef with daily operations.
Today, Denis leads the kitchen as Executive Chef, bringing creativity, consistency, and pride to every dish that leaves the line. His leadership, deep knowledge of the menu, and commitment to quality are a reflection of his journey—from the line to the top. Denis continues to push the kitchen forward with energy, heart, and a true love for the business.
